Conveyancing Services:

Contact our property team for advice before you sign a purchase contract. We will provide you with a letter detailing our advice, and will raise any points which may be of concern in relation to the property.

Purchase – Our conveyancing fees cover all steps necessary to bring a standard purchase to settlement, including drafting the transfer of land and other necessary documents, liaising with the vendor’s solicitors and your bank (if applicable), adjusting the rates and fees payable in relation to the property between the parties, arranging settlement and notifying the authorities of the change in ownership after settlement.

Sale – If you wish to sell your property we can prepare the Vendor’s Statement & Contract for either sale or auction at NO initial cost to you. Our legal fees will be sought from you at settlement.
